Terms of Service
Terms governing the use of blessingbusch.com and related services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a voice project quote request, communicating through the website, or using related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Blessing Busch provides professional voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, storytelling, commercial voice-over, corporate narration, character voice acting, IVR, e-learning narration, creative media support, and related services.
Service availability, project acceptance, delivery timelines, revisions, usage rights, licensing, and pricing may vary depending on workload, project scope, usage channel, usage region, licence period, urgency, script length, technical requirements, and professional suitability.
3. Quote Requests and Bookings
Submitting a quote request, enquiry form, contact form, or project message does not automatically create a binding agreement, confirmed booking, production obligation, delivery obligation, or fixed price commitment.
Projects may be accepted, declined, postponed, or modified depending on suitability, availability, legal considerations, usage requirements, technical feasibility, project scope, or other professional factors.
A project is only confirmed after the relevant quote, scope, usage rights, payment terms, deadline, revisions, and delivery requirements have been reviewed and agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful scripts, clear usage requirements, licence requirements, deadlines, pronunciation guidance where necessary, reference materials where appropriate, and any required creative direction.
Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any scripts, brand references, names, music, images, creative materials, or third-party content provided for a project.
Clients must not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, exploitative, impersonation-based, or rights-infringing material.
5. Usage Rights and Licensing
Voice recordings, demos, narration, performances, scripts, written content, and related materials remain protected by intellectual property law.
Usage rights are limited to the specific written agreement, quote, invoice, or licence confirmed for a project. The agreed usage may depend on media type, territory, duration, campaign type, platform, audience, commercial reach, and whether the project is internal, organic, paid advertising, broadcast, audiobook, e-learning, app, game, or another use.
Additional usage, extended campaigns, renewed campaign periods, wider territories, redistribution, sublicensing, resale, paid advertising expansion, AI training, synthetic voice generation, voice cloning, or unauthorised reuse requires explicit written permission and may require additional fees.
6. AI and Voice Cloning Restrictions
No voice recording, demo, performance, likeness, image, audio material, script, sample, or creative content from Blessing Busch may be used for:
- AI training
- Voice cloning
- Synthetic voice generation
- Deepfake production
- Automated impersonation
- Voice conversion
- Voice model creation
- Dataset building
- Derivative AI media generation
without explicit written permission.
7. Revisions
Revision policies vary depending on project scope and agreement. Minor performance adjustments may be included where agreed, while script rewrites, post-approval script changes, major directional changes, usage changes, timing changes, technical changes, or repeated re-recordings may require additional fees.
Revisions caused by incorrect, incomplete, late, or changing client instructions may be treated as additional work.
8. Turnaround and Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, client response time, technical issues, scheduling, force majeure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Final delivery may depend on receipt of required project information, agreed payment, script approval, usage confirmation, and completion of any agreed review process.
9. Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on project type, client history, usage rights, urgency, project scope, and platform requirements.
A deposit, booking payment, full advance payment, milestone payment, invoice, or secure payment link may be requested after the project scope and quote have been reviewed.
Payment of a deposit or invoice confirms only the agreed scope described in the relevant quote, invoice, written message, or service agreement. It does not grant unlimited usage rights, full buyout rights, AI training rights, voice cloning rights, or rights beyond those expressly agreed in writing.
Future integrations with Stripe, Revolut, PayPal, Shopify, or other providers may introduce additional provider-specific terms.
10. Website Assistant
The website assistant provides general informational support only. Assistant responses may not always reflect final project decisions, legal interpretation, pricing confirmation, contractual approval, or confirmed availability.
Final decisions, quotes, approvals, licences, delivery terms, and agreements remain subject to direct human review.
11. Future Studio Features
Future private studio functions may include uploads, file handling, multilingual tools, AI-assisted processing, project tracking, cloud storage, private review systems, and secure client workflows.
Additional terms, privacy measures, security requirements, approval processes, and access rules may apply to future studio systems and app functionality.
12. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorised access to private systems
- Copy protected content without permission
- Attempt to bypass security or authentication
- Upload malicious files or harmful code
- Use recordings for unlawful impersonation or fraud
- Use any voice sample, demo, or performance for AI training or voice model creation without written permission

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from website use, service interruptions, technical issues, third-party systems, external platforms, incomplete client information, unauthorised third-party use, or misuse of delivered materials beyond the agreed licence.

15. Modifications
These Terms may be updated, modified, expanded, or replaced as services, technologies, legal requirements, payment systems, AI-assisted features, quote request processes, or platform capabilities evolve.
16. Governing Law
To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
